Adjusting economic structure and shifting economic development mode is in line with the need of China's Western Development as well as the basic requirement of scientific development view.As an experience summary of developing paths at home and abroad,it can make sure a good and rapid development of national economy,deal with international financial crisis and enhance growth power as well.
