An electronic voting protocol based on blind and ring signature

Abstract
This paper presents a new electronic voting protocol based on blind signature and ring signature,and the protocol weakens the third party's power.Compared with general methods,the scheme achieves security,including perfect ballot secrecy,receipt-free and dispute-free totally.The protocol fits for small type voting systems.
