Research Development on Skill Training of Nursing Students

Nursing is a highly integrated disciplines with application focussing on skill operation.Strengthening nursing practical teaching and basic skills training,and continuously improving training methods is an essential link to develop high-quality nursing professionals.In recent years,many nursing educators have made deep research on theory,effects,models and assessment and other aspects of the theory of nursing skills.The author summarized and analysize the current study and progress of their research in hope of making a referencein further improving nursing skills training and development.
