Discussion on the Integration of Campus Culture and Corporate Culture

FThe cooperation between school and enterprise is an important way for the development of higher vocational education.The higher vocational colleges make an introduction of excellent corporate culture,build the distinctive campus culture of vocation,which is very necessary for the achievement of personnel training objectives,development of zero distance employment for the vocational students and creation of specific education.This paper elaborates the necessity of the integration between campus culture and corporate culture,and probes into the ways that the corporate culture is integrated into the campus culture.
