Abstract
Owing to the friction heat in bearing and the heat lose in the motor of high-speed electric spindle,the heat of high-speed electric spindle is great,and the heat will cause the machining precision is lower and the life of high-speed electric spindle is shorter.Based on analysis and test of the electric spindle speed cool control system,the core cooling design by shaft is proposed.This method can control the temperature of high-speed electric spindle effectively,and reduce the thermal expansion of the shaft.
