A new early-ripening nectarine cultivar 'Zhong Youtao 12'

'Zhong Youtao 12' is an early-ripening,good quality nectarine cultivar bred by artificial pollination.Its fruit is nearly round,with average fruit weight 103 g and the big ones above 170 g.Over 80% of the skin covered by rose-red when matured.Its flesh is white,melting,and containing 12.5% soluble solids,0.24% titratable acid,102 mg·kg-1 vitamin C,separately.The flower is blooming in late March and the fruit is ripening in late May with fruit development period about 60 days in Zhengzhou,China.The flower is non-showy with much pollen.It's self-fruitful and the yield is high and stable.The stone is cling.
