Abstract
According to the physicochemical properties of unclassified tailings in Wudaoling molybdenum mine, the anionic polyacrylamide is used as a flocculant for precipitation. The flocculation and settlement characteristics of tailings pulp are studied with different influencing factors by experiments.Experimental results show that the filling dehydration cost is low and the settling velocity is fast, the bottom compressed liquid-solid ratio is 60~65% in 1 hour with use 10~20 g/t anionic polyacrylamide as flocculant of tailings slurry,pH =7~8,stirring time control in 2 minutes. The experimental conclusion has direct guiding significance for the all tailings precipitation dehydration in miner filling system.
