Abstract

Based on the synthetic analysis of shearing state of the rolling shear,the its mechanical properties during shearing was discussed,the analytic expression of shearing force of the rolling shear was derived,and the varying rule of shearing force was found.While the shearing force was computed in accordance with the specific parameters of certain enterprise's rolling shear,the finite element analysis was carried out on the key components of rolling shear,through which the design of components and the layout of electrical control systems can be optimized.
