Impement quality-cost management to enhance efficiency of expressway construction management

Abstract

After briefly reviews the concept of quality-cost, labours are made on analysis of present quality management condition of expressway construction and anatomy of existing problems. Introducing quality-cost management to expressway construction engineering is one of the important measures to implement quality control while stresses on the significance of sustainable developent.
