Abstract
The UNIX operating system is a safe and reliable, mature technology, which processes more powerful and widely used server operating system. In UNIX systems, network application programs two major programming interface, one is a Berkeley UNIX (BSD UNIX) socket programming interface, and the other is AT T's TLI interface (for UNIX SYSV). As Sun and other companies adopted the Berkeley UNIX operating system, the socket interface that is widely used and has become the industry standard. This paper mainly discusses the UNIX operating system using socket interface means C/S mode processing server side with the realization of the program.
