Abstract
The principle of suiting responsibility and punishment to crime developed from that the degree of punishment shall be commensurate with the crime held by objectivism criminal school and punishment shall be individual held by subjectivism criminal school.This principle claims when we conclude and decide punishment,we shall pay attention to not only criminal behavior and its harm in fact but also subjective malice or personal dangerousness.A lot of work need to be done for carrying out principle in judicial practice.
