On Urbanization and Farmers' Income

This paper,through analyzing the comprehensive index of urbanization in Jiangxi(population,economy and social environment),holds that accelerating urbanization helps increase farmers' income.It also points out the problems found in this process and proposes some countrermeasures to be taken including deciding on the function and direction-collective and private investment as primary and government assisting and foreign investment as secondary,spreading education on science and technology,improving citizens' comprehensive quality and bettering ecological environment.
