On Integration Model of Knowledge Management and Competitive Intelligence to Promote Enterprise Core Competences

In order to integrate knowledge management and competitive intelligence,this paper,designs a integration model of knowledge management and competitive intelligence based on the analysis of relationship between knowledge management and competitive intelligence and its effects on enterprise core competences,points out it should be implemented by building corporate culture with good interaction between knowledge management and competitive intelligence,constituting organizational structure integrating knowledge management and competitive intelligence,developing and using integrated technologies between knowledge management and competitive intelligence.
