An investigation and analysis on reference services in university libraries of Jilin Province

Abstract

Reference service is one of the main services in a library.The quality of reference service is an important sign to measure the social status and influence of a library.The author investigates university libraries in Jilin Province through Web and questionnaires and gives some suggestions on library reference services based on the result.
