Abstract
Male ICR mice were randomly divided into five groups with 16 mice in each group. The mice in three experimental groups were administered with different doses of Rongqi substance extract once per day for consecutively 30 days and the mice in the control group were treated with normal saline and Zhenqi Fuzheng Jiaonang. After the last administration, the weight-loaded swimming time, liver glycogen(LG),muscle glycogen(MG),and blood lactic acid(BLA) of each group of mice were determined. The results revealed the three-dose Rongqi substance extract treatment groups prolonged swimming time, increased the blood lactic acid clearance and increased MG and LG contents.Rongqi substance extract has strong anti-fatigue capability.
