Study on Digital Library’s Copyright Protection

Because of the universal popularization of the Internet and the openness of the network,the digital library is easily troubled by the copyright problem,which directly influences the construction quality of the digital library. Therefore,some measures for doing well the copyright protection of the digital library should be taken for promoting the scientificity,rationality and validity of knowledge transfer in China,and thus proving the copyright protection in technical and legal aspects for the digital library to play its normal role.
