Abstract
Han Fei,a great Chinese scholar of law school thoughts shortly before Qin Dynasty,had created a theoretic system of“ Law－ ruling” which is based on“ Law－ ruling” in combination with“ Prestige－ relying” and“ Strategy－ using” .The system not only made a good theoretic preparation for Qin kingdom to unite the other 5 ones and had a great influences on the following ages.It is actually instructive for people to govern a state by law if they assimilate and refer to the positive portions of it.
