Study on Microstructure and Properties of Granular Bainite and Bainite Ferrite of ULCB Steel Transformation Production

Abstract

Mechanical properties of phase transformation microstructure of ULCB steel,including granular bainite and bainite ferrite have been contrasted.Results showed that granular bainite that formed at higher temperature differs completely from bainite ferrite which formed at lower temperature.Granular bainite is rather rough,which have a bad effect on strength and toughness of steels,by contrast,bainite ferrite is helpful to strength and toughness of steels.
