Abstract
Real right legislation is a trend of world civil law.Our county must draw lesson from the advanced experience of world real right legislation,research the current situation of our country ' s real right legislation,and finally perfect it.In the process of perfection,combining the reality of our country,we must establish the basic principles of our country's real right legislation,and under the direction of the basic principles,construct the basic content of Chinese-featured real right law system.
