Logistics Capacity Assessment of Six Central Provinces Based on Fuzzy Matter-element

In this paper,we use nine relevant indicators,based on fuzzy matter-element to analyze the development trend of the six central provinces logistics capability.Then we find that such factors as investment and information play a greater role in improving the logistics capability level.While other factors like the lack of logistics staffs,they hinder the ability to improve logistics.Finally we provide reasonable suggestions for the upgrading the logistics of the central region and speeding up economic development of the central region.
