Abstract

The socialism harmonious society is a goal which the Chinese Communists has always been pursuing and also is the Chinese characteristic socialism request.In the Fourth Plenary Session of 16th Sessions of the Communist Party of China the basic mentality in the construction of the socialism harmonious society was proposed.We must construct socialism harmonious society with the democratic government,the fair justice,the good faith friendly affection,vigor society,the stable order,the harmonious relation between human being and nature.
