Abstract
[Objective]To obtain the optimal microwave-assisted extraction process for total flavonoids from HERBA TARAXACI.[Method] The extraction rate of total flavonoids by microwave-assisted extraction,Soxhlet extraction and ultrasonic extraction were comparatively determined. The extraction conditions of microwave-assisted extraction were optimized by orthogonal test based on single factor test.[Result] The optimal extraction conditions for extracting total flavonoids from HERBA TARAXACI were: extraction temperature of 70 ℃,extraction solvent of 70% ethanol and extraction duration of 5 min.[Conclusion] The study provides an effective and rapid extracting method for total flavonoids from HERBA TARAXACI.
