Competition policy and trade policy are both basic economic policies,and are both in the form of economic legal system.In modern society,competition policy and free trade policy are consistent in objects and actual conditions,and mutually promote and supplement in function.However,they are of intrinsic difference and potential conflict in the field of function,value judgment and manner of treatment.
