Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical results of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment in patients with patella fracture Postopratively.Methods:Seventy-two patients with patella fracture postopratively underwent comprehensive rehabilitation treatment that including active and passive function exercise, external Chinese medicine, manipulation, paraffinotherapy, ice compress, and proprioception exercise for three months. The Bostman knee score was used to evaluate the comprehensive rehabilitational efficacy and the range of motion of the knee joint was assessed. Results:Three months after operation, the Bostman knee score and increased range of motion of the knee both has a significant difference(P0.05),compaered with 2 weeks after operation.the outcome was excellent in 68,good in 3,and poor in one case, excellent and good rate was 95.3%.Conclusion:The comprehensive rehabilitational treatment can significantly improve the postopretive knee function in patients with patella fracture.
