Characteristics of Sandstone Reservoir of Chang-2 Oil Layer in the Jiyuan Area,Ordos Basin

This deals with reservoir characteristics and their influence factors of sandstone reservoir of Chang-2 oil layer in the Jiyuan area,Ordos basin based on logging data,core and thin section study.The study indicates that sandstone reservoir of Chang-2 oil layer in the Jiyuan area consists mainly of arkose and lithic arkose and small amount of feldspar lithic sandstone and is characterized by medium porosity and low permeability with intergranular pore,solution pore and intercrystal pore as reservoir space.The reservoir property depends on compaction,cementation and solution during the diagenesis.
