Abstract

The solid matters of tea-leaf extraction with water were investigated.Effecting factors such as water volume for extraction,time length for water extraction,extracting time for water extraction,temperature of extraction were researched,the best technics conditions of its extraction were determined:lg tea-leaf flour was put into 18 mL water at 60 ℃ for 15 min by 2 times extraction.As a result,its extraction rate was 29%.Then tackled with supersonic plane,its extraction rate was 31%.
