Transformation of the Steam Condensate Water Recovery System

Abstract
Aiming at some problems during trial operation of the steam condensate water recovery system in Shaanxi Tianhong silicon material Co.,Ltd.,through theoretical analysis,calculation and on-site commissioning,the transformation program was proposed,and the problems were solved.After transformation,economic benefits of the condensate recovery system were calculated,it was verified that the transformed condensate recovery system was energy saving and environmental.The transformation program can provide a reference to design,installation and management of the industrial condensate water recovery system.
