Abstract

This article introduced the development background,process and result of ultra-high strength and corrosion-resistant sucker rod of grade HK and carried out a study to compare their mechanical properties and corrosion-resistant with sucker rods of grade D,grade H and grade K. The result shown the sucker rod of grade HK performs much better than other types of sucker rod in mechanical properties and corrosion-resistant.It shown that sucker rod of grade HK should has a good market.
