Applications on grain and oil processing in micronized technology and its machinery

Abstract

Micronization, as a new type of food processing technology, was gradually concerned nowadays. The fundamental concepts and characteristics of micronization were introduced in this paper, meanwhile, several micronized equipments were also summarized in detail.Finally, applications on grain and oil processing in micronization were introduced and some views were listed on the problems of micronization currently exist.
