traditional culture protection and innovation of ethnic minorities in Wuling Mountain is an important issue for accelerating the construction of the Wuling Mountain economic cooperation area,which is the same in nature as speeding up the scientific development of national culture.At the stage of social transformation,four internal operating mechanisms should be built to promote protection and innovation of traditional culture of minorities: docking and integration between Socialist core values and minorities traditional values;cultural exchanges and fusion among different ethnic minorities;interaction and coordination between cultural industries and cultural benefits;co-ordination and linkage interactive between urban and rural areas.These four mechanisms will fundamentally determine scientific development of protection and innovative practice of Ethnic Minorities traditional culture in Wuling Mountain.
