Abstract
This article deals with assembly line balancing.Focusing on unbalancing issue of axle assembly line of an axle company,it's measured the time of operation tasks and eliminated the waste action with the lean production method.It's also worked out an operation standard which keeps the assembly line better balanced.So it improved workers' abilities and the production line.By analyzing the data between the old line and the new line,it showed obvious improvements and higher productivity of the assembly line.
