Abstract
According to the main data of the Fifth Census,as of 2000,the population of more than 65-year-old is 88,110,000,who account for 6.69% of the population.By convention,China had been aging,and it will be the rapid development stage until 2020.Though the central government pays more attention to it,a series of problems on providing for the age had arisen with more and more old people in society.For our young pension system,the burning question is to solve the shortage of resources supplying for the old people.Using community resources is a new way with popularity,which fits the condition of our country.This method puts the problems of aged people with the construction of community together.The paper discusses the new method and gives some advises.
