Abstract

The surge of the primary air fan has happened several times during debug of a power plant,it made the drift of the fan blade.for the analysis to the surge of fan,we found that the milling system resistance did not match the fan selection and the high wind pressure and the small air flow was the main reason which caused the surge.for increasing the amount of air,it Installed recycling tube between outlet and inlet of the fan,and the run strategy was modified also.The operation stability and reliability of the fan has been improved,the fan was not surge any more.
