Abstract

The conflicts of determinative conclusions refer to the differences, mutual opposites and exclusion, or interference. They influence the proper order of suitcases in some respects. When we check on its mechanism, we come to realize that there exits a certain inevitability and it is a product with multi-factors. Therefore, when treating the conflicts of determinative conclusions, we should base on the principle of many-sided consideration, manage them coolly, formulate relevant proving responsibility regulations by regulating the judge's mental proofs instead of simply predetermine the effects. Meanwhile, we should carry out necessary precautionary countermeasures by targeting at its mechanism in order to avoid its negative influences over suitcases.
