Abstract
Objective To investigate the change of cerebral blooding flow after lacunar infarction. Methods One hundred and five patients with lacunar infarction and 101 healthy controls were examined with transcranial Doppler to collect the data of mean velocity of middle, anterior, posterior cerebral artery, and vertical, basic artery. Results The mean velocity of middle, anterior, posterior cerebral artery, and vertical, basic artery in lacunar infarction cases was slower than that of the controls(P0.05). The unsymmetry rate of two sides cerebral blooding flow in lacunar infarction cases had a statistic difference as compared with that of the controls(P0.05). Conclusion The cerebral blooding flow velocity and the symmetry rate are decreased after lacunar infarction.
