Abstract
Qi is an important concept in Chinese culture, which contains profound philosophical and aesthetic implications and has very important position in Chinese ancient theory of literature and arts. This article analyzes philosophical implications, demonstrates that Qi is permeated from beginning to the end in ancient Chinese theory of literature and arts, and therefore analyzes its characteristics of literature and arts.
