Abstract
The civil law standard is the civil law guiding ideology and the standard value,declaring the civil legal standard duty and the function.The determination to the draft of civil code of the revision and the consummation has the vital significance,and is advantageous to guide this process to pursue the eternal the maximum valiancy value to approach the sign,to promote the perfect fusion of the entire civil code.Combining the special characteristic of civil law,corresponding to the strengthening about the idea of law,the democracy and the right,the Chinese civil law must persist the base on private right,in order to promote the Chinese resident society's development and the progress of right consciousness.
