Survey of medical students' clinical practice in teaching hospital

Abstract

Objective: to find the affecting factors and to provide a basis for medical schools and teaching hospitals to enhance the interns' practical quality and turn out qualified medical talents by the investigation and analysis about a few basic training of clinical graduates in clinical teaching hospital.Methods: A questionnaire was sent out to 100 clinical practice graduates as random sample from different hospitals and different clinical sections.Results: The results show that medical students are generally satisfied with teaching hospitals and not so satisfied with the teachers' teaching ability.The clinical teaching activities are not fully carried out with few opportunities to operate basic skills. So students have given an unsatisfactory evaluation.Conclusions: Factors such as teaching,the quality of teachers,medical technology and teaching conditions in teaching hospitals are key factors affecting the training quality of clinical graduates.
