Abstract

Objective To reveal clinical significance and its causes of myocardium repolarization. Methods We analyzed 247 cases of unusual changes of myocardium repolarization after ventricular premature beats. Results Among 78 patients with irregular myocardium repolarization there were 68 with cardioangiopathy,and 38 who suffered from coronary artery disease and among 169 patients without irregular myocardium repolarization there were 58 with cardioangiopathy,and 18 who had coronary artery disease,comparision of two groups were quite different(P0.01),so it could obvionsly seen that ,deepening of inverted T wave and ST segment and/or irregular U wave are frequency(P0.05)compared to those above.All types of myocardium repolarization were statistically same,whether supraventricular premature beats and ventricular premature beats occurred frequently or accidently(P0.05). Conclusion Irregular myocardium repolarization after premature beat were mainly seen among patients with cardioangiopathy,which could tell an organic premature beat from a functional one,so it is beneficial to diagnose with coronary artery disease.
