Abstract
A dynamic model of the paper-cutting machine was built and the principle and characteristic of the active vibration-isolation was analyzed. Then, the natural frequency and the damping factor of machine tool was determined by experimental testing and experimental modal analysis method. The type, parameters, material, and structure of vibration isolator were determined according to the principle of vibration isolator and the inherent parameters of system.By the vibration testing method, the isolation to reduce vibration effect of the paper-cutting machine was detected. It was showed that the vibration isolator can effectively prevent the vibration of the machine tool to transfer along the puller to the rack, and the isolation to reduce vibration effect is obvious.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
