Abstract
Financial and economic crisis triggered by the U.S.loan crisis has resulted in the global economic recession as a result of economic globalization.After analyzing the causes of the U.S.financial crisis and its impact on the global economy,this article explores how China will settle the financial crisis in order to maintain China's sustained and harmonious development of economy by readjusting China's economic policies,balance of payments,monetary policy,the processing trade,fiscal policy,tax policy and industrial structure.
