Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of PPARα on organ transplantation on mice model. Methods: Fenofibrate,Wy14643,or vehicle was given through a feeding needle once per day for 7 consecutive days on C57BL/6J,spleen from C57BL/6J or BALB/c was collected and splenocyte was isolated.Mixed lymphocyte reaction(MLR) was carried out. Results: The splenocyte was no response in MLR from the mice treated with fenofibrate,or Wy14643.Conclusion: PPARα could be activated by fenofibrate,or Wy14643,could inhibit MLR.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
