Abstract
The production process and technical parameters of making use of strong oxidant characteristic of black nickel to remove cobalt form sulfate solution are studied.Under black nickel is produced by using the method of electric oxygenation,the two process of operation against flow,black nickel can remove cobalt from sulfate solution effectively.The rate of removal of cobalt is 98.8%.In the solution the concentration of cobalt meets 0.0046 g/L.At the same time deep purification of the impurity of Cu,Fe,Mn,Pb,etc.in the solution is obtained.As a result of the faster speed of reaction,no to introduce other impurity,thoroughpaced separation of nickel and cobalt,the process of black nickel removing cobalt have obvious advantages and adaptability.
