Abstract
At present,negative effects of people's practice are coming up seriously.Rationality of practice is calling in more and more questions.Researching and exploring the rationality of practice is urgent.The rationality of practice is explored through the following four aspects: appearance of the rationality of practice;connotations of rationality of practice;structures of rationality of practice and measures of materialization of it.Enough attention is hoped to be paid to the rationality of practice to avoid the negative effects of practice.
