Bounds of the bases of certain signed digraph

Abstract
In the paper,we study some primitive non-powerful signed digraph with three cycles.By analyzing the digraphs and giving the definition of the sign pattern matrix,digraph and signed digraph,relevant algorethms of the bounds of exponents and the bases were introduced.Then by using the properties of exponents,SSSD walks and frobenius number,we obtain the bounds of the bases and the bases of the signed digraph in exceptional cases.
