Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of the color doppler flow imaging(CDFI) on the diagnosis of breast lumps. Methods:Retrospective analysis of the surgery and pathology of the 178 confirmed cases of breast lumps. The size, shape the edge of envelope, the internal echo and the surrounding blood flow signals are observed and discussed. Results:The characteristics of benign and malignant breast tumor show great difference between the two-dimensional ultrasound images and the color doppler flow imaging(CDFI),providing malignant tumor blood flow signals. Conclusion:The color doppler flow imaging(CDFI) gives a rate of 100% on the detection of breast tumor. Its judgment on benign and malignant tumors is especially accurate, which is of great value on the clinical surgery.
