The article describes the coal industry in Shanxi Province the need to develop a circular economy,and analyzes the four classic economic model of international circulation,this paper presents a number of key issues the development of the coal industry's circular economic,and provide the development of circular economy to a reference for the coal industry in Shanxi article.
