Abstract

Cultivating undergraduates' innovation ability is the objective requirement of knowledge economy era and the target of education reform and development of modernization.From the current conditions of undergraduates' innovation ability,This paper analyses restricting factors of cultivating undergraduates' innovation ability and combining with the concrete methods of electrical engineering.The model of training college students with high skill and innovation abilities is explored.
