Abstract

China's acceding to WTO would no doubt bring a huge shock to Chinese economy development, certainly including metallurgical industry. It is a question we must face under the future situation of economy being conducted thoroughly into market and market being a global one that how to win this challenge and seek the opportunity to further develop. It is analyzed from the aspect of non-ferrous metal industry that the development situation in Hebei Province and at home and abroad, our deficiency, demands for us in the future and the developing measures to actively handle the problems brought by acceding to WTO.
