Abstract

It is well known that ecology is a physical science of nature,and aesthetics is a kind of psychological science of humanities.Obviously,there are fundamentally different natures in the two disciplines.These differences lead to the uncertainty caused by combination between ecology and aesthetics.Therefore,the ecological aesthetics can neither solve the aesthetic problems nor provide any effective solutions to ecological problems.On the contrary,it puts aesthetics in dilemma.Actually,ecological aesthetics is only an illusive proposition.
